- Can I choose my own caregiver?
Yes, you have the option to choose a family member, friend or one of our qualified caregivers.
- Is your agency licensed, Bonded, and Insured?
Yes, we are licensed through the state of Pennsylvania, and our staff and clients are protected through our insurance.
- How are your employees screened?
All our employees are vigorously screened. Before starting all employees must pass a Criminal Background check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, Complete and Pass our Competency test, and provide 2 references. Once employed our employees are screened monthly.
- How does your company track their employee’s arrival and departure from a client’s home?
We currently have two ways to track our employee’s arrival and departure. Employees can either clock in and via their smart phone or with the permission of our clients we can place a device in their home.
- Are back up caregivers provided by your agency if the primary caregiver is unavailable?
Yes, we have back up caregivers on standby in case an emergency should arise. One of our staffing coordinators will accompany any new caregivers to make a proper introduction and review our clients Plan of Care with them.
- Is a live phone contact person available after business hours?
